COMMUNITY SCHOOLS

Be Creative. Be Kind. Be You.

  • We view education as an act of liberation and community. We believe all children to be inherently worthy and knowledgeable, not simply vessels to fill and mold. We believe in a learning culture where students are our guides and incorporating their ideas and questions into the classroom curriculum as not only valid but necessary.
We celebrate imagination and love, curiosity and empathy, consent and boundaries.

  • One June 2nd ONE Arts opens it’s new facility: ONE Art Community School: Health Network! We are absolutely thrilled to have you join our community and embark on this exciting journey with us.

As we open the doors to this new early learning center, we are filled with hope and excitement for the journey ahead. Together, we will create a space that is much more than a school – it will be a hub for connection, collaboration, support, and, most importantly, a sense of belonging for all.

We believe that this program thrives when families, children, and educators come together as partners. Your voices are invaluable to us. Please don’t hesitate to share your questions, ideas, concerns, traditions, and unique skills. This school exists because of you, and we are committed to honoring and reflecting that in every aspect of our development.

Opening June 2, 2025, our newest early learning center is dedicated exclusively to serving Vermont Health Network employees. Nestled in the heart of the South Burlington City Center, this state-of-the-art facility continues our mission of providing nurturing, inclusive, and dynamic learning environments for young children.

ONE Arts is proud to be a S.E.E.D. Certified school!

ONE Arts is honored to be funded in part by grants from the Vermont Children's Trust, Waterwheel Foundation, Vermont Community Foundation, Burlington City Arts, and Vermont Arts Council.  We are also proud recipients of the Vermont Early Childhood Fund Opportunity Grant and a 2024 Make Way for Kids Grant.
